How to Register for Our New Online Booking Portal

Step 1: Register Your Account

1. Click your unique booking link.
2. Enter your information (use the cell phone number and email we have on file).
3. Click Sign Up.
4. Verify your email – look for an email from Atlas Software and confirm your account.
5. Log in with the username and password you created.
6. Welcome! You’ll now see all upcoming appointments for you and your family.
   • If family members aren’t automatically linked, send us a quick message and we’ll connect them for you.
   • If you want your own account to book separately from your family, let us know!

Step 2: Book an Adjustment

1. Tap the plus (+) button.
2. Select your preferred chiropractor.
3. Choose the family member(s) you’re booking for.
4. Pick your appointment time.
5. Click Book Appointment. That’s it—you’re all set for your adjustment!

Important Notes

• Only *adjustments* can be booked in the portal
• New patient exams and SoftWave discovery sessions must be booked on our website.
• SoftWave follow-up visits require specific scheduling with our staff (in person, by phone, email, or text).

Pro Tip: Save the Portal to Your Phone

1. On your iPhone, tap the share icon (square with the arrow).
2. Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
3. Choose a fun name (we suggest “FCC Is The Best”).
4. Tap the new icon to book future appointments in seconds!
